We provide responsive, hands-on management. Each unit owner has access to their manager’s phone number and e-mail and we respond to every request received within 24 hours. This action-oriented, responsive approach has helped us develop a strong sense of customer-loyalty. Eighty five percent of our growth has come through referrals from current Broad Shoulders Property Management customers.

2. ACCESS/CONVENIENCE:

We utilize technology wherever possible both to foster community within our Associations and also to allow our customers to quickly and easily conduct Association business.

3. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:

We have a strict fiduciary duty to our clients and have been successful in lowering operating costs for each Association that has contracted our services. We refuse to receive any type of compensation from any vendors we hire to perform work at our Associations and actively work to lower expenses while maintaining quality.
